Holiday dates go first
If you want the room, a class, or a field trip between now and the new year, call early. There are only so many afternoons in December, and we hold them in the order people call.
Party room pricing
All reservations are made by phone so we can confirm availability while we have you on the line. Your date is officially reserved when we receive your $150 deposit. The deposit counts toward your total, and your balance is the package price minus $150.
Kids’ parties, decorating classes and field trips have their own packages and are priced separately.

| Full Celebration Package Three and a half private hours for up to 20 guests, 30 minutes more than the Celebration Package. We set up and do the full cleanup. Includes four large pizzas and a Rodeo Bites dessert for the table. Each guest gets a Bakery Ticket, which is a coffee or dirty drink plus a full-size cookie. The Celebration Package costs about 12 percent less than adding the same items one at a time. The Full Celebration Package costs about 12 to 13 percent less.
Included with every booking
Tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, a projector with screen, restrooms and trash disposal.
You are welcome to bring your own decorations and your own food.
Before leaving, please remove your decorations and personal belongings, place trash in the provided bins and leave the room free of spills and excessive mess.

Changes and Cancellations
Bringing Alcohol
You may bring your own beer and wine for a private adult event. Rodeo Bites does not sell, provide or serve alcoholic beverages. Distilled spirits and mixed drinks are not permitted.
Alcohol may be consumed only by guests age 21 or older. The person booking the room is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests and for complying with applicable laws.
Any outside alcohol service must be discussed with and approved by Rodeo Bites before the event.
